Refund & Returns Policy (PawClean UK)

Change of mind (sealed hygiene items)

Some of our products are supplied sealed for hygiene reasons. If a product is sealed and you open/break the seal, we can’t accept a return for change of mind (unless the item is faulty). 

Change of mind (unopened only)

If your item is unused, unopened, and still in original packaging, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return it within 14 days after you tell us you’re cancelling.

Used / opened items

We do not accept returns for items that are used, or opened (where not suitable to return for hygiene reasons), unless faulty. 

Cancel before dispatch

If you contact us before your order ships, we’ll cancel it and refund you.

Faulty / damaged / wrong item

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have rights under UK law. In many cases you can reject faulty goods within 30 days for a refund.

Return postage

  • Change of mind (unopened): you pay return postage

  • Faulty/damaged/wrong item: we cover it (or send a replacement)

Refunds

If approved, refunds go back to your original payment method. If you paid for delivery, we refund standard delivery (not any extra for express).
