Shipping Policy (PawClean UK)

Order processing

  • Orders are processed in 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • During busy periods, processing can take a little longer.

Delivery times (UK)

We ship from a mix of UK/EU and overseas partner warehouses (dropshipping). Delivery times depend on the item and where it ships from.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

  • In rare cases (customs, peak season, carrier delays): up to 20 business days

Shipping costs

  • Free UK shipping on orders over £20 otherwise £1.99 

  • Any shipping promos will show at checkout.

Tracking

  • If tracking is available for your order, we’ll email it once it’s dispatched.

  • Tracking can take 2–72 hours to start showing updates.

Customs & import fees

Most UK orders won’t pay extra, but if a parcel is shipped from overseas, customs charges can occasionally apply. If they do, they’re paid by the customer.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us because the address is wrong/incomplete, we can resend (shipping fee may apply) or refund minus shipping.

Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, or seems lost, contact us and we’ll help.
